Refund Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

1. First purchase

If Buzz Charts isn't right for you, email support [at] buzzcharts [dot] app within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

2. Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically each year. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't want, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full, as long as the App hasn't been used with live data since the renewal. After that window, you can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

3. How refunds work

• Payments are processed by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem.
• Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When a refund is issued, your license is turned off. The App becomes read-only at its next license check: your charts, layouts and drawings stay on your Mac, but live data, dealer maps, Buzz AI and new alerts stop.
• Data-provider and AI-provider fees are charged by those providers, not by us, so we can't refund them. Contact the provider directly.

4. Outside these windows

Outside the windows above, payments are generally non-refundable, but if something has gone wrong (for example, the App doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it), email us and we'll make it right. This doesn't affect any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of the place you live.

5. Please talk to us before a chargeback

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, the license is suspended while the dispute is open. A quick email to support [at] buzzcharts [dot] app is the fastest way to a refund.
